Shipping

1. All Goods in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays,) of the order date. For items not in stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
2. Your card will be charged when the goods are dispatched.
3. All goods are fully checked before they are dispatched to ensure they are in perfect condition and as described on the website.
4. Shipping costs are £10.00 per dress, £5.00 per pair of shoes, £2.50 per item of jewellery.

Returns

1. If you wish to return goods for any reason you must notify us via e-mail within 24 hours.
2. Upon receipt of your notification if the return is acceptable, we will issue a returns number. This must be clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. We will not accept goods without a returns number.
3. The goods to be returned must be sent back to us, via a reputable carrier within 5 days of original receipt (the date the goods were signed for.)
4. We will not accept returned goods without their tags attached or without original packaging including hangers, bags and boxes.
5. We will not accept damaged goods including garments smelling of perfume, smoke, body odour or marked by make up or self tan etc.
6. We will not accept returned goods which have been altered or worn.
7. We cannot accept the return of underwear or earrings for hygiene reasons.
8. The customer must arrange for the goods to be returned at their own cost. The goods must also be insured to the value of the items, as customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the goods whilst they are being returned.
9. If the return is accepted then we will issue a refund for the value of the goods excluding any shipping costs. In the unlikely event that the items were shipped from us in a damaged or faulty condition then a full refund will be made 10. We will endeavour to refund all payments within 30 days.
